This is a wonderful book about running by Haruki Murakami. It’s short but quite a nice book to read where he talks a bit about his Early life, how he started running, how much he runs, How he prepared for his marathons and then a triathlons. It was not about numbers but more about his motivations for running and how he felt after completing a grueling 62kms ultramarathon. Even if you are not a runner, this is a great book to read while washing dishes.
