I am a runner and been running for a few years old. Initially I used Nike app to track my runs. It was definitely useful to become faster and essentially run a 5k from being a couch potato. Then Apple Watch was introduced and I have been using that to track for the past few years and it worked quite alright. But somewhere along the line I started looking at my watch more and more during my runs and stopped enjoying my runs. Recently, I lost my watch and I started running without tracking my runs. I know the approximate distance and I am not really tracking time or speed and quite enjoying the runs a lot more. I think I am going to do this for a while.
