Is it just me or the record video shortcut on the iOS control center is incorrectly labeled.

This has happened at least a few times and often at a very wrong time. My toddler often does cute things and many times whenever I tried to take a video of her, I use this shortcut and see her through iPhone screen only to realize that I am not recording anything even though label is like an action!

I understand that other labels also sound like an action but Record Video is the one which tripped me up.
